Return & Refund Policy for Lizkela

Thank you for choosing Lizkela for your fashion needs. We understand that a return is sometimes necessary, and we want to make the process seamless. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns for Purchases Within the United States:
For purchases made within the United States, we accept returns of unworn and unused items within seven days after delivery.

Returns for International Purchases:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for purchases outside the United States.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is unused, and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return:
You have seven calendar days from receiving it to return the item. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at orders@lizkela.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, carefully package your item and include the original packing slip. In certain instances, especially when dealing directly with manufacturers in our network, we may issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) receipt to be included in your return shipment.

Return Process:
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it. You will be notified of the receipt of your return. We will then initiate the refund process.

Refund Timeline:

  1. Refund Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Processing Time: Please allow ten business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
  2. Return Shipping: Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
  3. Return Shipping Information: Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. The shipping time may vary based on your location.
